The superior room is very small in size,particularly bathroom space is too short. The hotel provides only two bottles per day which is not sufficient. Not only that, They didn't allow to fill bottle from purifier in the restaurant though we paid restaurant charge also. The services & Rest of things were found were good.
I booked online before my travel to Malaysia. The location of the hotel is perfect and easy access to most of the tourist destination, shopping malls and restaurants. Hotel is good and facilities are amazing for the price paid. Well maintained property and staffs are great. The breakfast selection is good with Indian and continental buffet. Good hotel to stay with family. Worth a try while you are in KL and recommended.
We have booked online Direct to Hotel site with Breakfast., When we reached they said "Breakfast Not included". Then They checked and called over phone said, " Breakfast is Included". Apart from that , Its Nice stay with Lots of South Indian Foods/curries., Very Tasty as well., It is Nice Country as well., We really Enjoyed out stay and Visit. Well Done Malaysia!!
My experience was very good, first good thing about the hotel is it's location every major landmark/market/mall is at a walkable distance. Second the staff is well supporting and welcoming. It's location could be a concern for some but I liked that part the most. People at the reception were very helpful.
Nice place, Affordable room at best of the class Location. Good facilities. Expect a different breakfast option than an Indian Breakfast. Indian eateries right outside. MRT LRT, Monorail at just two minutes walk-able distance
PROS: 1. The rooms are very spacious. 2. Food served in Kababish are fresh and delicious. 3. Room service is awesome. 4. Located at a market central. CONS: 1. Not all the lights work properly. 2. Some of charging points were non functional. 3. Water used to refill bottles is chlorinated.
Always stayed here whenever we travel to KL ... clean, good service, convenient location close to places we would usually go like Sogo, night market, fabric shops and so on. Places to eat around here are abundant and public transports are easily available. Room rates are a bit high but It's okay, since it's decently clean and location is just perfect for our shopping trip.
I am a returning guest to this hotel. This hotel is always the first comes to mind when my family and I stay in KL. The strategic location is one of the main reason of my choice as it in Jalan Masjid India - nearby shops and SOGO. is . Also, the staff was helpful. The food in the hotel also quite delicious and the price was very affordable. I also enjoyed the complimentary Internet in my room. One thing that made me unhappy was the current construction in front of the hotel. It was noisy and dusty. However, it's forgiven as this construction was necessary. Hope to come back to this hotel again, soon.
